Each turn is priced by the Game Master you choose ( = 1 credit).

How are credits priced?
Members pay 2,667 for $20, about 25% below the standard rate. Everyone else tops up at $20 USD = 2,000, so 1 = 1¢ USD. Credits never expire either way.
Do I have to pay to start?
No. New accounts get 300 on signup, free for logging in each day, free for joining our Discord, and a boost when you refer someone. Some light players never top up.
Why does the cost vary per turn?
Scene complexity, session length, response length, rules lookups, and your chosen Game Master all affect the cost. Swift is fastest and lightest on credits, Storyteller is the recommended default, and Mythic is slower and more expensive.
What do uploads cost?
Uploading costs nothing. Large documents don’t sit in every turn either: the game master pulls in just the pages it needs, when it needs them, so a 200-page rulebook costs you the pages it consults, not the whole book. Expect turns with rules lookups to cost a little more than turns without.
Can I see what each turn cost me?
Yes. Switch on Show credit costs in settings and the price appears next to every turn the moment it completes.
Do credits expire? Autorenew? Refunds?
Wallet (from top-ups, signup, daily logins, referrals) never expire. You can switch on auto-reload to top the wallet up automatically when it runs low, or leave it off and top up by hand.
The Membership is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically, and its 2,667 allowance resets each cycle. Unused plan credits don’t roll over. Cancel anytime; you keep the plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
